Refunds & Cancellation

  1. An order can be cancelled until pickup request is not generated (few partner generate pickup request with order booking would be excluded), and refunds would be processed immediately to 1 business day.
  2. Certain services do not offer cancellation & Refund once order is booked, as cancellation and refund is not offered by service provider. You can refer the details of each partner service before placing any order
  3. If any Order returned due to lack of proper packaging, wrong information rendered by You/ Customer or wrong weight entered by Customer/ You, We shall not be held responsible for return of the package and shall not be liable to refund the amount to You.
  4. You can close/cancel the account at any time by emailing support@c3post.com. Your account balance (if any) shall be refunded within 15 business days, after adjusting pending invoices/dues/discripencies, if any.
  5. Any technical delay or glitch reported on our platform during the payment which includes duplicate or excess amount of payments will be refunded/adjusted in 3 business days. The User agrees that the timelines are approximate and all essential steps would be taken to adhere to the timelines as displayed.
  6. We shall not in any circumstances be liable for any late delivery or missed delivery or failure to deliver caused by or contributed to by any deficient or ambiguous labelling of a Consignment and you agree to be responsible for ensuring that such labelling is clear and unambiguous.
